Full Service Wedding Planning

You have a career, a life, a million things on your calendar, and a wedding you want to be freaking excited about. One of you is on a call schedule, a rotation, or a deal cycle, and the eighteen months of weeknights this takes are evenings you do not actually have. So we take it from the top. We find the venue, hire and negotiate every vendor, design the thing across ceremony and reception, hold the budget, and run the day with a full team of three on site. The first couple of months are mostly us getting to know you, which sounds soft but is not. It is so that by the time we are standing in your venue, we can make a call on your behalf and get it right without having to find you. You keep the say. We take the labor.

Suddenly, the wedding planning to-do list is growing, your notes are everywhere, and you're not entirely sure how all the pieces are supposed to come together. We pick up right where you are, figure out what's done, what's missing, and what needs a little extra attention. We'll help you find the right vendors, review contracts, keep your budget realistic, and pull all the moving pieces into one cohesive plan. From the big-picture decisions to the follow-up emails and logistics you didn't even know were on your radar, we're here to get everything back on track. You still get to make the fun decisions and have a say in how your wedding comes together. We're just here to make sure all those decisions actually work together, without you having to figure it all out on your own.

You know what you like. Turning it into one room is the hard part.
You’ve got the Pinterest boards, the saved folders, and approximately 47 screenshots you’ve sent your bridesmaids at midnight. But loving a photo and figuring out how to recreate that feeling in YOUR venue, with YOUR guest count and YOUR budget, are two very different things. That’s where we come in! We work with you to build a design that feels like the two of you, from the big-picture vision down to the little details that make everything feel intentional. We create custom design boards and mockups, think through how every element fits into your actual space, and make sure the pretty stuff works just as well in real life as it does on paper. We're thinking about things like guest flow, sightlines, lighting, floor plans, and how to make the most of your budget without sacrificing the details you love and then helping find the amazing vendors to help execute the vision.

Wedding Coordination
You already did the hard part. Now do not work your own reception.
You planned the wedding. You found the venue, booked the vendors, made the decisions, and have done a GREAT job getting here! But, somebody still has to run this thing, and if that person does not get hired, the job quietly defaults to you, or your mom, or the bridesmaid who is supposed to be standing next to you holding flowers. We step in during the final 8 weeks to get familiar with all your plans, connect with your vendors, and make sure everyone knows exactly what's happening and when. By the time your wedding day arrives, you can trust that someone is keeping track of the details, managing the moving pieces, and handling the unexpected without making it your problem.
